SMS / text messaging & calls consent
Our website form and our Facebook/Instagram lead form ask for two separate consents, each with its own checkbox. Both are optional, neither is pre-checked, and checking one does not check the other.
- Inquiry texts and calls: if you check the first box, you agree that Blue Backs Property's may text and call you at the number provided about your property inquiry and cash offer (follow-up questions, scheduling, and offer updates), including from our AI assistant and using automated technology.
- Marketing texts: if you check the second box, you also agree that Blue Backs Property's may send you marketing text messages (such as new offers and check-ins), sent using automated technology, at the number provided.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. If you leave the first box unchecked, we will reply to your inquiry by email only. If you text us first without having checked a box, we will only reply to your messages in that conversation. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. If you give us your email address, we may email you about your inquiry and offer. Every email lets you opt out: reply STOP or "unsubscribe".
How we share information
We share your information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., messaging, email, and hosting providers) and, if you accept an offer, with the title company, closing agent, or the buyer to whom we assign our purchase agreement, solely to complete your sale. We do not sell your personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
